Brother Louis is a member of Mother Teresa of Calcutta Council 14554 in French Valley (near Temecula). Please pray the Blessed Michael McGivney will intercede guiding the decisions of his caregivers and providing for his rapid recovery. Please pray also for his wife Gloria and the entire Sanchez family for relief from any worry or anxiety during this difficult time. Please pray the Blessed Michael McGivney will intercede curing any ills and providing for her rapid recovery. Please pray also for Brother Bud and the entire Feria family during her convalescence. Sister Lorna works at the Archdiocese of San Francisco Chancery in the Office of Faith Formation. Please keep in your prayers the repose of the soul of Past State Deputy and Sir Knight Douglas E. Tomlin who recently passed into eternal rest at 91 years of age. Brother Douglas was a Honorary Life Member of San Diego Mother Council 1349 and Balboa Assembly 40. He served as the California State Deputy from 1992 to 1993, and as Vice Supreme Master of the Fourth Degree from 1993 to 1997. Please pray also for his daughter, Denise Geryg, and the entire Tomlin family during this difficult time as they mourn his loss. Funeral arrangements are currently pending. Supple Assembly 84, also in Redding. According to District Deputy 1, Joe Mandolfo, "Brother Joe was a loyal Brother Knight and always willing to help." A Funeral Mass is planned for Friday, March 17 at 11 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 2600 Shasta View Drive in Redding. Please keep the entire Kuschell family in your prayers during this difficult time as they mourn his loss. She was the sister of District Deputy 147, Hans R. Brother Jack was a member of Saint Christopher Council 9836 in Gault and Bishop Alphonse Gallegos Assembly 2336 in Elk Grove. According to District Deputy 12 Dan Aguiar "He was a great Brother, always there to help and had a great sense of humor." A Funeral Mass is planned on Friday, March 10, at 10:00 AM at Saint Christopher Church, 950 South Lincoln Way in Galt. Also please keep in your prayers the repose of the soul of Our Sister in Christ Linda Cajka who passed into eternal rest on Monday, February 20, 2023 with her daughter, Ann Klett, at her side. Linda is the mother-in-law of Sir Knight Michael Klett who is a Former District Deputy and Past Grand Knight of Bishop William R. Johnson Council 9487 in Lake Forest. Linda's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Santiago de Compostela Church, 21682 Lake Forest Drive at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 10, with lunch following at Brizio's Pizza. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's research. Please pray for the entire Cajka family during this difficult time as they mourn her loss.
